How do you bill processed hours?

Billing is determined by the length of the audio files processed, measured in milliseconds with the minimum processing time for billing being 1min. 
When processing very short files, we charge at least 1min of credit per production to avoid spam attacks. For simplicity, remaining credits displayed on the web app are rounded to the nearest minute. 

Are my minutes deducted if there is an error during audio processing?

No, minutes are only deducted from your credits if the audio processing is completed successfully. 

How much do I pay if I upgrade from the Starter to the Creator subscription?

When upgrading, you pay only the difference, which is €10. Additionally, you benefit from a 100% credit renewal upon upgrading.

How can I change my subscription plan?

To change your plan, click the “Upgrade” button located on the left side panel of your web app dashboard. 

How can I pay for the subscription?

Payments for subscriptions can be made via PayPal, credit or debit cards, and other methods depending on your device and location. 

What is the billing interval?

We offer both monthly and yearly billing options, starting on the day you subscribe. You can cancel your subscription at any time. 

What happens to my unused minutes at the end of the month?

Unused minutes do not roll over to the next month. Each billing cycle, your subscription automatically renews and credits are reset. 

I am not satisfied with the result of the production. Can I get my minutes back?

Where can I cancel my subscription?

You can manage and cancel your subscription by accessing the billing settings from the left side panel on your web app.
