An Audio Insight model sits ahead of the components it’s protecting in a voice AI pipeline, so its output can inform a decision – flag a call, adapt an agent’s behavior – before those components act on the audio. It can be used in real time during a call or afterwards for batch diagnosis.
How does ai-coustics use Audio Insight?
Tyto, the ai-coustics audio insight model, runs in parallel with voice activity detection (VAD), automatic speech recognition (ASR) and speech-to-speech models, fed the same input audio and outputting a risk score alongside it. That score can steer the pipeline automatically or simply alert an operator, in real time during a call or afterwards in post-call analysis.
