Reverb (reverberation) is the persistence of sound after the original signal, caused by reflections from surfaces in a space.

Speaking in a large hall causes your voice to linger and echo, making speech less intelligible.

Sound waves bounce around a room, overlapping with the original sound. Reverb gives a sense of space but too much can mask speech detail.

Our models including Lark, Quail, and Finch remove excessive reverb, making voices sound closer and clearer.
